In Week 2 of our Ghosts of Christmas series, we explored “Christmas Present” and saw that Christmas is more than a past event—it is God’s active presence with us today. Through Jesus’ humble birth, God enters our messy moments, not just our polished ones. The shepherds’ encounter reminds us that God’s presence is for the ordinary and overlooked. Because Jesus is Immanuel, we can face life’s struggles with confidence, knowing God walks with us now.
